New Britain, CT 06053 The Catholic Center helps foster a culture of community life and growth in faith by providing an environment of hospitality for our student, staff and young adult population. On any given day, its not uncommon to have a student studying in the living room while a few others pray in the chapel. With ample couches, tables, desks, several rooms and a full kitchen, the Catholic Center is equipped to meet the needs that any visitor may have, whether that be to study, prayer, and/or build friendships. All CCSU students are welcome at any time.

Student PrayerOur student chapel, a space specifically designed to accommodate our CCSU students, is used frequently to gather for corporate prayer, individual prayer, and even celebrate Mass.

Intellectual formationSt. Francis Catholic offers introductory lessons to theological topics. These sessions are held primarily for students and vary in topic and time. Click below for recordings of past presentations.

CCSU CatholicThe CCSU Catholic Club is the official Catholic student organization at Central Connecticut State University. Students grow in their faith through evangelization outreach and authentic Catholic community. All students are encouraged to participate in outreach through community service, social opportunities, and participation in the life of St. Francis parish.
