Kristyn is delighted to be a part of the St. Francis New Britain community as the Communications Coordinator! She brings a decade of experience with her, having worked for the Archdiocese of Hartford since 2015 as the Secretary and Media Manager for St. Mary’s (Annunciation Parish) in Newington. Kristyn is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Central Connecticut State University where she received a BS in Communications. Previously she also spent several years working in the media as a production tech and voice captioner for the Connecticut Network (CT-N), and a voice captioner for KTLA Los Angeles, WGN Chicago, PIX11 New York and FOX61 Connecticut (Tribune Media).
Kristyn is a native of central Connecticut and a life long Catholic, and she and her husband are the proud parents of three young children. She enjoys figure skating and swimming, and Kristyn also has a special love for New Britain, as her great-grandparents immigrated to this city from Poland and were among the earliest members of Sacred Heart Church.
