The Diary of St. Faustina
The Diary of St. Faustina chronicles God's message given through St. Faustina to the world to turn to His mercy. In it, we are reminded to trust in the Divine Mercy of Jesus and seek His forgiveness, and also that as Christ is merciful, so, too, are we instructed to be merciful to others. The message of Divine Mercy has become an integral part of our Catholic faith, including the celebration of the Feast of Divine Mercy on the Sunday after Easter as Jesus had requested of St. Faustina. This is truly a book that inspires people to turn with trust to Jesus and guides the reader through an intimate journey of prayer and devotion that ultimately leads to God's mercy.

Only Jesus
Combining robust doctrine and authentic mysticism, Martínez leads his readers through a four part meditation on the person of Jesus Christ. In Part One, he considers the unfolding of revelation through the Incarnation, public ministry, suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Parts Two and Three reflect on the union between Jesus and the Christian faithful, which both springs from and resides in the depths of the Sacred Heart. To conclude, Martínez contemplates the “Divine Repose” and the indwelling of God in those who love him.

St. Joseph and His World
"You'll learn about Nazareth, you'll learn about religious practice and education in that place and time. You'll travel to Egypt and encounter the fascinating settlements of Jews in that land. You'll also find out how a carpenter worked in those days: what tools he used, what items he crafted, where he got his training, and how he got to and from his job sites." This book provides an imaginative entry into one of the most important lives, and one of the greatest Saints, in all of history - a life too often obscured by later legends.

Aquinas at Prayer
Aquinas at Prayer draws attention to important aspects of Aquinas's life and work which have been often forgotten. Although a masterful philosopher and theologian, Aquinas was, primarily, a teacher of the Bible as well as a great Latin poet of the Middle Ages. Moreover there is a distinctly mystical character to his theology. This engaging new book explores the question of Aquinas's own practice of prayer and his teaching on prayer in his commentaries on the Psalms and St Paul. The book is strengthened by quotations from Aquinas in fresh translations.

Faith, Hope & Love
What is a good human being and who is good? Has anyone ever been perfect? How does one grow in goodness and become perfect? What is man really? What would we be like if human nature could ever be brought to perfection? This book is an attempt to answer these questions by examining the meaning of virtue following the coming of Christ, or the ‘Christian Revolution’ of virtue ethics, particularly in regard to the theological virtues: Faith, Hope and Charity.

Why Celibacy?
Priestly celibacy, some say, is an outdated relic from another age. Others see it as a lonely way of life. But as Fr. Carter Griffin argues, this ancient practice, when lived well, helps a priest exercise his spiritual fatherhood joyfully and fruitfully. Along the way, Griffin explores: the question of optional celibacy, some pitfalls of celibate paternity, the selection and formation of candidates for celibate priesthood, why biological fathers are also called to spiritual fatherhood and much more.

The Shattering of Lonliness
A fundamental statement of Christianity is to convict the voice of lying that whispers “you are irredeemably alone”. Christianity unfolds with the certainty that the source of all that is, is a personal reality of communion, no metaphysical abstraction. When our souls and bodies cry out for Another, it isn’t a sign of sickness, but of health. This book examines six facets of Christian remembrance, combining biblical exegesis with literature. It aims to be an essay in theology yet proposes a grounded reflection on what it means to be human.

The Infancy Narratives
Written by Pope Benedict XVI, this New York Times bestseller details how the stories of Jesus' infancy and childhood are as relevant today as they were 2000 years ago. This is a story of longing and seeking, as seen by the Magi searching for the redemption offered by the birth of a king. It’s a story of sacrifice and trusting completely in God, as seen in the faith of Simeon, when in the presence of the Christ child. Ultimately, Jesus’ life and message is a story for today, that speaks to the restlessness of the human heart searching for truth which alone leads to profound joy.

First published in 1944, The Reed of God contains meditations on the humanity of Our Lady. The author lovingly explores Mary’s humanity, depicting Our Lady as a musical instrument who makes divine love known to the world, offering simple yet profound reflections on the Mother of God. Reclaiming Catholic History: The Early Church
In The Early Church, Papandrea refutes fourteen fashionable “myth-conceptions” about early Christian history and enables believers to make sense of the Church’s
beginnings. In this book, you will learn: No money or power was attached to being a bishop or priest in the early Church, Christian holidays were not adaptations of pagan celebrations, Christians have never believed in an eternal life for souls without bodies, the doctrine of the Trinity was not forced upon the Church by Constantine, but was a belief from the very beginning, and much more.

Jesus and the Demise of Death
In "Jesus and the Demise of Death," Levering presents a theological exploration of what happens to Jesus and his followers after death. He offers a fresh perspective by integrating Jesus' descent into hell and resurrection into the Christian understanding on bodily resurrection. Drawing on Thomas Aquinas' work, Levering reconstructs eschatological theology, emphasizing the enrichment of Christianity by Platonic thought and highlights the Church's role in the transition from life to death, in this compelling perspective on the afterlife.

Confession of a Catholic Worker
For author Larry Chapp, crisis is the norm of Christian existence. In a world choked by greed, the Gospel calls for radical love and radical living according to the Sermon on the Mount. Chapp argues that the remedy to sin is not niceness, political liberation, fancy liturgical dress, nor technical rigor, but a free decision to live totally, joyfully in Jesus Christ, without compromise. Each Christian must, in the crucial hour, choose Jesus over all things. Everything hinges on the moment of Christian witness.
